Many people look forward to the weekend expecting free time, recharge and party. It offers an open space in which some find room to finally stretch. But some of us feel like they dissipate in that void left by the absence of function and duty. On the weekends some can finally meet their friends and others only have to face that one friend called loneliness. In the past I experienced both and want to encourage a kind and gentle attitude towards that kind of friend. That one, who smiles on the outside, but really is terrified on the inside. Maybe you join me in telling him or her „it‘s okay. I‘ve been there. I‘m here for you.“
